@sparklightcares You guys have a very serious problem with your internet service. I cannot emphasize how inconvenient this 3-4 times a day I have to deal with loosing signal, wait for 10-15 minutes for it to come back online just for it to perform at 50%.

@sparklightcares I have. They wouldn’t give an estimate, I needed proof for my remote work, she sent a badly worded, terrible-grammar email that came from a “test” labeled email. If you think you can assist by getting me the proof of outage in my area, I’ll contact whatever means.

Seriously @sparklightcares? I’ve had the same email for almost 20 years and we are going eliminate the service? So I have to figure out 20 years worth of things I’ve signed up for and change them now? Thanks a lot.

@sparklightcares Thank you. I have had serious issues in my Zoom meetings caused by internet outages. The worst part is not knowing what Sparklight is doing to correct the problem.These notifications mean a lot. Please maintain this practice.

@sparklightcares I already have called your number many, many times. Your technician is coming by tomorrow to help me figure out this problem. I sure hope it gets fixed. This past weekend I lost signal a few times again. Keeping my fingers crossed.

We've had continual problems since Hurricane Zeta came through, and even though @sparklightcares has an online ticketing system, they don't seem to use it very much. Or at all.😡
