What do Petco points get you? ›

Members could earn rewards points for purchases made at Petco stores or online. Points could be redeemed for discounts on future purchases, as well as access to exclusive promotions, offers, and early access to sales.

Thousands of Tap and Pay transactions are completed in Petco stores each week at more than 1,300 Petco and Unleashed by Petco stores nationwide.

Our database includes pets reported by individuals as well as thousands of shelter partners across the country. By uploading a photo of your lost or found pet and reporting it in our system, you make that pet visible to pet parents searching for their pet – making happy pet reunions just a few clicks away.

If you have points or rewards available to redeem, you can request to redeem your points in your cart or during checkout. Treats Rewards points can be redeemed in increments of 1,000 points (worth $2 in savings).

Petco offers two credit cards, both issued by Comenity Bank. Neither has an annual fee, and both can earn rewards: Petco Pay Credit Card: This card can be used only at Petco stores — known as a "closed-loop" credit card. Petco Pay Mastercard Credit Card: This version can be used anywhere Mastercard is accepted.

The return policy at Petco for purchases is convenient and simple. The company states that if you are not 100% satisfied with your Petco purchase, you can return it within 30 days to any Petco location for a full refund if you have proof of purchase.

For every dollar you spend with Petco, online or in person, you earn one point. For every 167 points you earn, you'll get a $5 Vital Care Reward to spend.

You'll earn points that can be redeemed for discounts on future purchases. Plus, you'll also receive exclusive deals and discounts via email.

For each dollar spent on pet items you will collect 1 Pet Point. Pet Points expire 12 months from the date earned. After you collect 200 Pet Points a $10 reward will be added to your more Rewards account.

Incentive payments are awarded based on company and individual performance assessed during the annual review cycle. You must be employed at Petco at the time the incentive is paid. The Company reserves the right to modify or terminate the incentive plan at its sole discretion.
